Showing +/- symbols in "New transaction" is meaningless and should be replaced to be an absolute value

I have activated the setting always showing +/- signs, but showing them is meaningless when creating a new transaction.

That's because either if I make a transaction (expenditure) of +5€ or -5€, it'll be shown as -5€, which is correct but the UI might be misleading. Opposite behaviour for earned money.
