Csv not found

I want to import a database from a csv file. I have this file in my smartphone but the app doesn't find it in the folder where it is located. Why? Maybe this csv file has to be created in a specific way?

Did you follow the instructions here? Are you sure you can find the csv file using your phone's native file explorer too?

I am facing the same issue. I can find the csv file using the file explorer. I can import the csv files I exported from the app.

I can't see the csv file I created in the import explorer. I even made a simple copy of the exported file and I can't see the file for import. I moved the exported csv file to a different location and I can't see it anymore.
I can't find a workaround.
