From reading the readme I guess this addon requires modules/templates/.. in the filesystem.. does this mean it is designed to work in tandem with the developer addon (as this addon will sync the templates/modules into the filsystem)?

In case I guess correct, the developer addon should be declared as a dependency in the package.yml

Sorry for the late response.
Forgot to watch the repo...

The addon actually exposes an API with an basic authentication method.
rex-sync-node is using these API-Endpoints in order to update templates, modules and assets. (Since templates and modules are stored in the database it will just update them there. I'm not sure how the developer addon works, but I think they won't work in combination)

I guess it would be a good idea to document the API in the readme.

I will update it as soon as I find time to do so.

ok cool. didn't realize you created your own synchronisation process. documenting it would be a great move forward.
