Reopening of project not reloading the UI correctly

What happened?

When I close a project tab in Auto-Claude it says, that no files are removed and that I can reopen the project any time.
I tested it and the files are still in the folder, but the UI is completelyu empty: no Kanban cards, no roadmap and so on

Steps to reproduce

1. Close a opened project in Auto-Claude
2. Confirm with "remove" button
3. Reopen the same project
4. The UI is empty

Expected behavior

After reopening a project the UI should look like the same when I closed the project tab
