Only one entry appears in the drop down list #4

When I use the drop down in edit mode, multiple options appear in the drop down list.

But when I use the drop down in a dashboard, only one entry appears in the drop down list.

I did remove the extra line in the drop down list that displayed the number of hits. I doubt that is the problem.

Also, in the screenshot above, you can see that when the drop down is selected, the text entry moves down some.
