Chromium is installed in Base system if another desktop was checked first

Describe the bug
When choosing a desktop, if you check the options for other desktops, leave chromium on (default) and then go back and choose Base, chromium gets installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Advance until 'choose desktop'
2. Choose any graphical desktop
3. Leave Chromium on (default)
4. Go back and choose Base
5. Finish installation
6. Chromium is installed :/

Expected behavior
For chromium to NOT be installed
