Changing my shell theme fixes it. I'm a new Antergos user so I'm not sure if this a new bug with the latest Gnome release. I'll go delving into the code when I get time.

It started after Gnome 3.30 release to Antergos

Getting the same issue here.
Would be great to know if anybody has a fix.

I just figured out it was Numix Frost that was causing it. A fix would be appreciated.
