In order to work with other parts of Wrathspriter, we need to be able to create characters. One of the major issues is figuring out exactly what our save/export formats are, as they have been discussed in #15.

For that reason, we can create a "developer test" page that will allow us to manually select images to be for character creation. These "test" characters would then be our tests for the save/export formats of characters.
