TuneIn data are no longer updated

If I use my echo show, TuneIn works fine

Describe the bug
Since my update to v3.26.1 TuneIn data are no longer refreshed, but the service itself is still working. I can change the stations as before, but non of the meta data is updated:

most important for my application, working before the update
Player.currentAlbum
Player.currentArtist
Player.currentState
Player.currentTitle

Versions:

• Adapter version: 3.26.,1
• JS-Controller version: 5.0.16
• Node version: v18.17.1
• Operating system: Linux raspberrypi 6.1.21-v8+ #1642

Additional context
Due to the fact, that the changed setup properties are not clear to me, it maybe has to do with it.
I use the German version, so I'm talking about - Pushverbindung, Verlaufseinstellung, Synchronisierungseinstellungen and Datenaktualisierungsintervall. I couldn't find any documentation, so maybe it is not a bug but an stupid user.

please provide a debug log of starting tinein. There was nothing changed ijn this regard in this version

I have to modify my issue: the problem seems to be the group mode: I was using the group Überall (multiroom audio) which includes 4 echos. As soon as I switched back to 1 device, it worked again.

If remember right, it used to work with multi room in the past, but not for sure.
