Should we reactivate this repo to see if there is still sane stuff that could be implemented or is the change through swift and newer iOS versions too big to get something out of this?

The guidelines are written on a more abstract level and not even specific for mobile applications. Android and iOS are used as an example throughout. Hence, implementation details of Swift should not affect the content much. However, some new privacy features of iOS might be interesting to add, such as the "Privacy Nutrition Labels" that got added to the App Store.

and the reduction of access to some specific IDs for normal Apps could be added too....
Should we give that a try?
