step implementation for video playback

Currently there is no implementation to do step and process single process, especially for reverse play of h264 frames.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can have a strategy or a module property to process either single frame or a group of frame for h264 data. To avoid the delay to process single frame we can have the frames buffered and and process the frame based on direction . To get started on this we can have a POC , by writing test for jpeg then followed by h264 forward play.
