Enhance Color Conversion Module to support not so common image type conversions (e.g. RGB Planar)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently color conversion module does not support conversions for not so common image types like RGB Planar. It would be great if we could support a diverse range of color conversions.
