[Bug] MemberCount in threads

Describe the Bug
It seeems its not updating online numbers correctly

To Reproduce
Start Discord with it being in a Threads from start and you'll see the online number isnt available/updated. Change to a regular channel and it starts updating

Expected Behavior
it being able to read online users from the start

I'll look into it but I'm literally just reading data from the internal stores so it sounds like Discord doesn't have the online count under those conditions.

It seems its just an initial reading it cant detect.. once you have been to another channel and come back it updates

So I've looked at trying to read numbers from the store that invite modals use to get their numbers, and I've tried looking into counting it myself using other numbers like how the other MemberCounter plugin does it and neither of those have any useful data if you reload into a thread.

It's not looking good, and I don't want to have to force a channel transition and back for this.
