I successfully reproduced the results of meanP on MSRVTT and MSVD, where I exactly followed your configuration on readme.
But for the experiments of seqTransf, I got lower performances.
Could you provide the whole log files? In another issue, the log you provided is not the full version.
I wonder if the seed in seqTransf is different from meanP.
