Script installation on Nextcloud #1

Since Nextant isn't supported on NC13 and we use a script to install it on the VM, I would appreciate if you could script the installation in bash.

Get the latest version with a $var
Install needed dependencies
Use .occ to enter configuration values.

Please let me know if you need help, though my time is limited.
