Sector Eclipse is a fork of Space Station 14, a remake of SS13 that runs on Robust Toolbox

Building

(Mirror of Upstream's building guidelines)

  1. Clone this repo.
  2. Run RUN_THIS.py to init submodules and download the engine.
  3. Compile the solution.

License

Note : on this part a discussion will be held with Umbra peoples as i am unclear about license application. I am fairly certain that MIT allow us at least to create this fork.

All code for the content repository is licensed under MIT. The license owner is either Space Wizards Federation or Sector Umbra or another organisation depending on where the code originally came from. All pull requests made to this repository will include explicit mentions of the license owner as of 2024-11-22. If no license owner is mentioned, Sector Umbra is implied.

Most assets are licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0 unless stated otherwise. Assets have their license and the copyright in the metadata file. Example.

Note

Some assets are licensed under the non-commercial CC-BY-NC-SA 3.0 or similar non-commercial licenses and will need to be removed if you wish to use this project commercially.
