something like this might be useful for others

cd ..
git clone https://github.com/Aslam97/shadcn-minimal-tiptap
cp -r shadcn-minimal-tiptap/src/components/minimal-tiptap YOUR_PROJECT_DIR/src/components/

or maybe the new shadcn cli could help
