Currently, whenever someone roleplays a librarian, the majority of books in the library are random shortstories with generic premise/conflict/solution, OR a chatgpt-like short story, such as the Ian books.
The solution? Allow librarians to publish books and memos/notes to CC's servers that will persist across rounds, and even randomly spawn on bookshelves depending on their category and other properties.

SS13 has that sort of feature already.

If no one picks this issue to work on, I will pick it up eventually, and also update its content to explain more of the mechanics and minutae of it.

It would require a very heavily controlled permission for regular players to be able to write to the data folder in the server and there'd need to be a SHIT load of sanity checks to ensure that nothing malicious is being written to the server - but barring that, I otherwise don't have any issue with the idea, but I'm personally probably not going to be the one looking into it just yet.
