A few student programs offer funding / support for hackathons if an organizers is a member.

Main one I'm aware of is the Microsoft Student Partners who helped us out with CovHack.

Is there anymore of these?

I'm unsure if they offer any funding for hackathons beyond the MLH first time event?

If you have a GitHub Campus Expert at your campus, then they will sponsor you.
(@aaronosher should be able to confirm)

@ksouthern, if you're a Campus Expert they'll support your event within the guidelines of how they do financial support for experts. I think anything outside that is on q case-by-case basis.
