Update Hackathon Family Tree

The Family tree was last updated in 2017 so it lacks many of the newer hacks like:

• HackBrunel
• HackSurrey

I'm not exactly sure of the origins of all the new hacks though.

There was also a few issues stating that some of the origins were wrong on the original repo [1], so it would be worth merging those changes in.

This repo. Family tree repo is unmaintained (though tbh we probably should just work on that one)

@aaronosher @robzwolf Seem it requires someone with admin to merge changes in that repo.
