This means that v0.4.0 users will have to wait until the v0.5.0 release to upgrade. See the "Upgrading Atlas" page for more information.
Does this mean that after version 0.5, there is no need to completely reinstall the Windows system to upgrade directly? If not, wouldn't upgrading every time be too troublesome
