Create team system

create some sort of team system
Ideas:

• Inventory Menu for players to create / delete / edit / join / leave teams
• different rights in the team system, to prevent just anyone from the team deleting the whole team or something like that (Team Operators have option to lock team settings so only teamoperators can change them)
• teams being able to claim a specific quantity of chunks to build their home in, where no one else can build
• the team name being displayed before or above the name tag of the player and in the tab menu
• team specific features like maybe a special enderchest for the whole team to access or something like that to make the teams more meaningfull
