bug: Failed to get AMD GPU memory usage

Version: v1.1.154 x64

Describe the Bug

Despite the GPUs section of the Setting - Hardware tab displaying the available GPU as well as VRAM size, the log lists errors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Windows 10 Pro system with AMD 9070 XT (ASUS Prime, OC version in Quiet BIOS)
2. Wait a few seconds or a minute for a log to be produced
3. Check Log file
