Find GIF that uses disposal mode => it seems not essential to typical GIF decoder
Implement last disposal mode in GIF decoder => left as exercise for the future
aspect ratio and resolution (this one not done)
implement a metadata system => Meta-data system #61
put or take "FPS" in the medata
put individual frame time in each layer metadata
