Replace posix_memalign() with manual alignment implementation for Zephyr platform compatibility, as posix_memalign() is not supported in Zephyr's POSIX API layer. Update ar_heap_free() to properly handle manually aligned pointers by retrieving the original malloc() address from stored offset before calling free().
