I think this plugin needs a command to show every limited item in the server, something like /bl list maybe?

The best I could do is have it per player. Like which blocks are limited for the player as there's no global list.

That's what i meant. They don't have to hold the block to see how many they can place, even if they run the command with empty hands the player who runs the command should see the limited blocks and how many more he can place.

Another enhancement i can suggest is would be edditing the block names, because some block names gets really messy and players gets confused about it
