What behaviour is observed?

EssentialsX will cause the speed:0 set by Authme before logging in to become ineffective

The issue is likely caused by the "world-change-speed-reset" option in the EssentialsX configuration file, but this option seems to be broken, and setting it to false does not disable the feature.
Can Authme set the speed to 0 after EssentialsX has taken its action?

Expected behaviour

Before registration or login, Authme should set the speed to 0, making movement impossible.

To Reproduce

After installing Authme and EssentialsX, when you enter the server and try to move without registering or logging in, you will find that the speed is not set to 0.
