We need to add a mention of a pre-requisite to have Custom Integrations tab enabled and if not to follow the steps listed here https://fieldofviewblog.wordpress.com/2017/08/18/no-custom-integrations-tab/ and then the activation process here https://fieldofviewblog.wordpress.com/2017/01/19/bim-360-activating-api-access-to-docs/

@petrbroz FYI, I will take care of this next week, simple change but needs the message.
