Describe the bug
The hydra SamplePrimvar function is not returning the same values as before since 24.08, in the code we are expecting the values to be bounded by the camera shutter range but they aren't anymore.
The issue is explained here: PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD#3478

In the meantime we want to make sure the hydra render delegate provides arnold with the previous expected samples.
