Following #42337, let's remove the Plugin Search codebase from the Jetpack plugin:

projects/plugins/jetpack/modules/plugin-search.php
projects/plugins/jetpack/modules/plugin-search/

Let's wait until the June release to remove those files to avoid any issue.
