Quick summary

When adding the phone number field, the country code flag does not update no matter what country is selected.

Steps to reproduce

Create a form
Add the phone number field
Publish the form
Check the form by selecting a different country from the drop-down
Notice that the flag doesn't update from the US flag.

As a workaround, if you deselect the country selector in the backend, the flag won't show and won't produce the error message:
