[Bug]: UI is not refreshing automatically

❗ What happened?

1. After installing or uninstalling an app, the app icon does not appear or get removed in work profile. It does not refresh automatically.

2. And when I install new apps or games, they do not show on the home screen. I have already enabled this option in the settings, Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

Create work profile and install any apps then you will see your work profile app option does not showing your newly installed app.
I think it is not refreshing automatically that's why it is happening.

Install any apps from Play Store in main profile sometime your newly installed app will not show in the home screen.
I think it is also happening UI is not refreshing automatically
