Proposed Changes

I would like to change the build prefix provided with the ./configure to use the default prefix. Additionally, this would require updates to the Dockerfile to properly copy Kea files.

Justification

There have been a lot of things essentially out of place from this change. The hope would be that the original issue that led to the prefix change can be easily solved now.
