Port 8080 isn't set to public by default (even though it is specified in the devcontainer.json file).

process.env.PXE_URL includes preview in the url https://laughing-train-jjp9vqqr4rx3wr7-8080.preview.app.github.dev/, but in prod it shouldnt.
