When deploy script fails, script continues to run #60

When attempting to run the deploy-az-dev-bootstrapper.ps1 script, if the script fails at any step it still continues running which causes a cascading effect of errors. This makes troubleshooting a little more difficult.

Suggestion: If the script fails at any step, stop running the rest of it and cancel the command in the terminal.
