Description of issue - Items identified in QA

- In Task 'Step by step guidance', Step 9: Azure UI has changed slightly, text says:

Select _Availability_, and next _Create Standard test_, to configure an availability test for your application.

This could be updated to:

Select _Availability_, and next _+Add Standard test_, to configure an availability test for your application.
