"Learn more" link is not associated with underline/chevron to differentiate with normal text: A11y_Awesome AZD_ Template library_Search_Use of color. #342

Repro Steps:

  1. Hit this URL: https://azure.github.io/awesome-azd/.
  2. Tab till "Template library' section.
  3. Tab till “Learn more” link.
  4. Now verify the issue that Learn more link is not associated with underline/chevron to differentiate with normal text or not.

Actual Result:

"Learn more" link is not associated with underline/chevron to differentiate with normal text.
Note: Facing similar issue in the following scenarios.

  1. Filter Results--Viewing0 templates.

Expected Results:

"Learn more" link should be associated with underline/chevron to differentiate with normal text.

User Impact:

Low visibility users will not be able to identify the link to differentiate with normal text.
