[FR] Bastion tunnel inactivity timeout

Describe the bug

When running az network bastion tunnel in the background (see eg https://github.com/konstruktoid/ansible-bastion-tunnels), the user needs to manually terminate the running threads.

Feature request: Add an inactivit timeout option that will terminate the thread if no data has been sent for X amount of seconds or minutes.
