Describe the bug

This issue is being moved from MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-cli GitHub issue #4412. The syntax shown in these customer screen prints should be an Azure, not a Azure.

Here is the general grammer rule:
A is used before a noun that starts with a consonant sound (e.g., “s,” “t,” “v”).
An is used before a noun that starts with a vowel sound (e.g., “a,” “o,” “i”).

Possible solution:
As mentioned in that issue, the syntax shown in the customer screen prints should be an Azure, not a Azure. The general grammar rule is that A is used before a noun that starts with a consonant sound (e.g., “s,” “t,” “v”). An is used before a noun that starts with a vowel sound (e.g., “a,” “o,” “i”). This typo has been fixed in 7702. Please close this issue as resolved. Thank you!

az pipelines belongs to azure-devops extension, which is not fixed yet.
