Log Noise: IgnoringRpcLog

Seeing a huge amount of log noise in OOP/Isolated host logs, with event name IgnoringRpcLog:

Ignoring RpcLog from invocation '' because there is no matching ScriptInvocationContext.

In many investigations I'm doing, the log stream will be mostly these, with a very low signal to noise ratio. These logs don't offer any benefit and should be removed, which will provide performance and storage benefits.
