Add Linux support to feed entry for .NET 8 on the in-process model

Tracking item for when we're ready to add this. Support is not yet available at the time of this issue being opened.
 
This is effectively a re-introduction of the components removed with #539, although there are some slight changes to make to the image tag, etc.
