Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a developer, I want to be able to build, test and run the SDK with Poetry.

Describe the solution you'd like
Can build, test and run the SDK with Poetry. Can manage dependencies with Poetry.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The dependencies are managed with pip.

Additional context
Build enhancement.

We do plan to overhaul our build system at some point to solve some headaches.

We don't have a timeline at the moment, though.
