azure-ai-openai-assistants stream support

I was wondering when we will have streaming support for azure-ai-openai-assistants, currently fetching messages is very slow. We need to wait ThreadRun completed in order to fetch messages.
PlayGround uses this feature and result is much faster

Thanks for starting this discussion @alikian , this is something that we're looking at right now to add a server sent event support into our azure-core library so that the SDKs can utilize that for their streaming support.

Can you share the API in azure-ai-openai-assistants that you are using to make sure that is the correct direction for this question.
