Create a booking management

Will probably need #39 implementation before going further.

Use case

As a Bootik's owner I want to be able to sell reservations with a begin date and an end date for some products.
In a 2nd time, I want to be able to manage not only days but alors hours.
I want to use this module for (non-exhaustive list) :

• house / room renting
• event booking
• any prestation related to a date & hour
  On this kind of product (new type, "Booking"), only 1 qty is allowed per chosen slot, so remove the quantity selector on these (product page + basket)

Highly related to #1474
If #1474 is done, product variations would allow to use this feature.
The only things here would been to make a dedicated, calendar-like display, but it's optional.
