Community request - external resource (hyperlink) as a digital file

Use case : allow owner to associate hyperlink for external resources to a product in admin.
The resource will be considered as a digital file : it'll be displayed on checkout page, and link will be enabled once the order is fully paid, but instead of downloading a digital file, it'll open the target in a new tab.
This can be use for videos (youtube when a video can be accessed by URL but is not referenced), torrent or other stuff.

Add this block on product admin page :

(add it after custom CTA block)

⚠ Don't restrict URL input to http / https, as it can be torrent, nostrevent address or anything else.
