Allow a Bootik to create an order to another Discovery=true Bootik through nostR

Context

In the future, Discovery mode will allow Metabootik owners to pick catalogs from Bootiks with Discovery = true, "sell" their product, transfer to them the order and pay them the amount minus an influencer margin.

Use case, Metabootik's side

• When a customer finishes an order on my Bootik and his/her cart include Discovery products from other Bootiks and the order is confirmed :
  • my Metabootik send a request to the Discovery Bootik to obtain the latest Discovery margin value
  • Once the Discovery margin value is obtained, process this by remplacing the referral amount with the discovery margin : Metabootik PoC : on product sale, send commission to a defined Lightning address #97

Use case, Discovery Bootik's side

• When a Metabootik send a request to know my Discovery margin value, answer with the setted value

Note :

• we'll need to do the same with non-Discovery Multibootik
• it might be better to work with the link notion (Whitelist / request association with a Bootik from another Bootik #168 & Manage association request from another Bootik #169) to just only with the Discovery flag
