When a source Bootik change product values, notifies Bootiks from #169

Note : it might be worth to create some kind of new notifications when Bootiks can subscribe via Nostr to source bootik for Discovery toggle (#178), Discovery margin (#179) or products (with a specific subscription on a bootik + product couple).
