Add various tooltips on Bootik (1st wave)

Tooltip icon to be defined (icon not mandatry, tooltip might appears on label mouseover)

1st wave of tooltips :

• 2nd currency on /product/{id}
  
• 2nd currency on basket preview
  
• 2nd currency (per article and total amount) on /checkout
  
• Payment method on /checkout
  
• (Yet to come, following Prototype notifications on NostR #30 ) Nostr on /checkout , block "Feed & Notifications"
• (Yet to come, following Prototype notifications on Mastodon #31 ) Mastodon on /checkout , block "Feed & Notifications"
