In /admin/config, allow user to manage his/her Bootik version

1 checkbox (enabled by default)
"Use LaBootikerie last version from Github"

• If enabled, auto-deploy new code on every commit on https://github.com/B2Bitcoin/B2BitcoinBootik main branch
• If disabled, display :
  • A dropdown with last 10 commits + a search input for commit number from repo
  • A warning message ("This is experimental feature, you won't be able to benefit from latest features and bugfixes, and you might break your datas playing with different versions of your Bootik")
  • A "Deploy this version" button
    • When used, trigger a deploy on selected commit
