Following #97

Use case :

as a Bootik owner, I want to set a %age of sales on every order to give to LaBootikerie each time I sell something with Lightning payment

UI :

add a "LaBootikerie patronage" toggle on /admin/config
if toggle = true, add a "%" input (0-100)

Behavior :

same as Metabootik PoC : on product sale, send commission to a defined Lightning address #97 for every article sold on the Bootik (maybe we'll group for each order transaction instead of each product transaction)

Needed :

a "LaBootikerie" test bootik
